Duration of Stay : The apartment is available for renting on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

|
Reservation : Before contacting us why not check that your chosen dates are available by clicking here. You can also check prices by clicking here. Once you have established your chosen dates are available, then contact us via email or telephone.
You may want to ask further questions or make a reservation. The website is updated regularly.

|
Deposit : Upon confirmation of a reservation, we will hold the apartment for you for up to 10 days pending a non-refundable booking deposit of £125.
|
|
|
Payment : Payment for rental of the apartment must be made when you arrive and must be in Euros in cash.
|
|
|
Security Deposit : A security deposit of £200.00 UK Sterling in cash must also be paid on the day you arrive. This will be retuned on the day you leave.
|
|
|
Extra Charges : There are NO more extra charges aside from those already described above: booking deposit, rental payment and the security deposit.
|
|
|
Animals : No animals/pets are allowed in the apartment.
|
|
|
Personal Property : We accept no responsibility for personal property. Please make your own holiday insurance arrangements.
|
|
|
Personal Injury : We accept no responsibility for personal injury. Please make your own holiday insurance arrangements.
|
|
|
Arrival and Departure Times : Arrival time is after 3pm on the Saturday and departure is before 11am on the Saturday.
